Floor Loom Weaving Workshop

Introduction to weaving on a traditional floor loom.

I will accompany you through the process of floor loom weaving, an ancient textile technique open to everyone, with no previous experience needed.
In a calm, guided studio setting, you will move through the full process step by step — from preparing the loom to weaving and finishing your own textile piece by hand.

Format

4 sessions · 3 hours each

The workshop takes place over four sessions of three hours each.

The workshop is designed as a progressive process where each session builds on the previous one. You will start by preparing and setting up the loom, then move into guided weaving practice, developing your own textile step by step.

You will have a solid foundation for continuing to explore weaving independently afterwards, including on smaller or table looms at home.

You can choose an intensive format over consecutive days or spread the sessions over up to 2 weeks.

The small group format allows time for individual guidance throughout the process.
