At Ghuson, you can pay securely using credit or debit card, or through PayPal. All prices shown already include 21% VAT. Every transaction is processed safely, so your information is always protected.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — once your parcel is on its way, changes can’t be made. All pieces are carefully packed and sent from Spain, and delivery times vary depending on where you are: Mainland Spain: usually 2-3 working days Balearic Islands: around 4-5 working days Europe: about a week Other destinations: timing depends on the country — you can always message me to check before placing your order. If you’re in a hurry, I can arrange a faster delivery option — just reach out before confirming your purchase.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order at ghusonart@gmail.com Returned pieces must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Once I receive the item, I’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds cover the product cost only, not the shipping fees. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the buyer. Before ordering, please make sure you’ve selected the right option — I’m happy to help if you’re unsure. Because each piece is handcrafted, custom-made or made-to-order items can’t be returned.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey. Once the parcel leaves my studio, it’s handled by the courier service. While I can’t control possible postal delays, I’ll always help you track and resolve any issue if something doesn’t arrive as expected. If your package takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please send me a message and I’ll look into it right away.
