This handwoven scarf is crafted on a traditional loom using high-quality natural Merino wool, valued for its softness, warmth, breathability, and durability. Wool naturally regulates temperature, keeping you warm in the cold while remaining comfortable and lightweight to wear throughout the day. Each piece is made entirely by hand, allowing the weaving process to shape its own unique pattern and texture—no two scarves are ever the same.

Soft yet resilient, it drapes easily and becomes more comfortable with use over time. Designed for everyday wear, it adds both function and character to any outfit. To care for it, hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap and lay flat to dry, preserving the integrity of the fibers and the richness of the weave.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order at ghusonart@gmail.com Returned pieces must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Once I receive the item, I’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds cover the product cost only, not the shipping fees. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the buyer. Before ordering, please make sure you’ve selected the right option — I’m happy to help if you’re unsure. Because each piece is handcrafted, custom-made or made-to-order items can’t be returned.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey. Once the parcel leaves my studio, it’s handled by the courier service. While I can’t control possible postal delays, I’ll always help you track and resolve any issue if something doesn’t arrive as expected. If your package takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please send me a message and I’ll look into it right away.
